location was superb, so near everything i want to see. staff are amazing, really goes the extra mile with kindness, it does make a big difference. breakfast has pastries, eggs, meats, a great start to explore. they also has afternoon treats like coffee and pastries, it is very lovely.

the room i got this time was a bit small, a little less space than expected for my luggage.

the staff is helpful and very friendly, very available to help with directions. the team surprised us with wine with chocolates for our anniversary. the team offers a welcome drink upon arrival, a very nice touch.

the hotel is well placed near main attractions. it has easy access to the gothic quarter. the hotel is near shops and restaurants, it does make everything easier. the Ramblas is also near, but its not too near.

I was delighted with the central location. it made exploring the gothic quarter very easy. the staff were very friendly. They always provided great assistance. the room included quality linens and toiletries including toothbrushes. It was very convenient. i also enjoyed the cava provided on arrival. It reminded me of a warm welcome.

The room i stayed in had no tea or coffee making facilities. This would have been a useful addition.

The hotel is right in the heart of the gothic quarter. it is a short walk from catalonia square. The location is ideal. transportation routes are easily accessible via metro. This simplifies travelling to various places.

the staff offered a lovely welcome and spoke excellent english! we got a fabulously renovated room with a huge bed. the shower was fantastic and excellent quality.

the rooms are very small though! my only complaint is that you cannot be dropped off by a cab in front of the building.
